Nodal is seeking an experienced Third Party Coordinator (RN or certified MA) in women's health and fertility. IVF experience and/or Third-Party Reproduction experience is required. This position will report to the Clinical Nurse Lead. Must be well-organized, self-motivated, and have excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities
Assist with medical record retrieval and the screening process of gestational carriers
Complete patient assessments, collection, and interpretation of pertinent data
Collaborate with outside agencies, healthcare providers, staff, and clinics
Assist with coordination, education, and case management of gestational carriers
Maintain confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and company standards
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a registered nurse or certified medical assistant in third-party reproduction/fertility
IVF/fertility background and passion for women’s health
Familiarity with industry standards and ASRM criteria for screening surrogates or donors
Experience retrieving medical records and disseminating sensitive PHI
Must be well-organized, self-motivated, and have excellent interpersonal skills
Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and be detail-oriented
Associate Degree, Diploma, and/or Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing required and/or a Certified Medical Assistant (AAMA) or CMA (AAMA) certification
